Congratulations to Abraham Thomas for being announced as November 2025 Senior of the Month.
We are proud to announce Abraham Thomas as the November Senior of the Month. Throughout his years at Schaumburg High School, Abraham has proven to be a leader both in the classroom and out. He has maintained a high academic standing despite the time that he devotes to many outside activities. Abraham’s hard work, coupled with his willingness to help others, has distinguished him as a worthy recipient of this recognition.
In the classroom, Abraham’s success has been extraordinary in its scope. He has achieved high marks in many fields, and constantly challenges himself in a variety of subjects. His success has spanned diverse academic fields, which is a testament to his hard work and drive to succeed. Last year, his success was recognized with induction into the National Honor Society as well as his designation as a Semi-Finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Abraham is a great example of finding fulfillment through embracing challenges - whether it’s pushing himself to be better in Orchestra or building bots in Engineering Club, Abraham finds enjoyment in the little moments that come with simply being part of each community and classroom he is in.
Outside of the classroom, Abraham has used his high school years to find his voice and employ his talents in the service of others. Abraham has been an athlete, competing on the swim team, and a leader in activities, including Engineering Club and National Honor Society. He has been recognized by both staff and students as a natural leader and truly leads by example. Outside of the classroom, Abraham has pursued service by volunteering at the Willow Creek Food Pantry every week. On the personal level, Abraham’s enthusiasm for life and sheer kindness have earned for him the admiration of his peers. He has embraced his high school years with enthusiasm, and is truly a leader among the student body.
Abraham’s future plans include continued study the field of engineering.. We see great success in his future due to his significant skills, excellent work ethic, and enthusiastic embrace of challenge. We are proud to announce Abraham Thomas as the November Senior of the Month.
