• Schaumburg High School is proud to recognize Jared Schoo as the November Senior of the Month

    Jared Schoo

We are proud to announce Jared Schoo as the November Senior of the Month. From the moment Jared walked through the doors of SHS, he started his positive contribution to Schaumburg High School. While at Schaumburg High School, Jared has been a member of The Varsity Basketball Program, Varsity Soccer, National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, a Student Ambassador, The Student Athletic Leadership Team, Saxons Lead, the Saxon Superfan Club, and the Business Professionals of America. On top of all that, Jared also finds value in service work. He is a four-year volunteer at Friendship Village and has also volunteered at the Church of The Holy Spirit food pantry. Though he has an extremely busy schedule, Jared is an excellent student who does not shy away from extreme academic rigor.

Jared is the epitome of leadership at Schaumburg High School. As one of Jared’s coaches stated, “We define leadership as doing it yourself, and then getting others to do it. Jared is a true example of this. He works with the highest degree of integrity, and his actions and words always align.” His maturity and time management skills allow him to maintain focus on his goal of positively influencing the community he is a part of, without losing focus on his academics.

Jared plans to attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and major in Accountancy. His time at SHS has him fully prepared to continue to excel. Jared’s discipline, maturity, selflessness, desire to succeed, and better those around him make him a stellar student!
