Letters of recommendation may be required as part of the college/university application process. Students are encouraged to complete the “Brag Sheet Template” to help.  The “Brag Sheet Template” can be downloaded from students’ MaiaLearning account by selecting Universities from the menu and then selecting the Recommendations tab.  Students will upload their completed Brag Sheet to MaiaLearning so that teacher recommenders and counselors can access the information to support the letter of recommendation process.

For students planning on applying to college and universities all letter of recommendations and transcript requests will be completed through MaiaLearning. For students submitting applications through Common App, MaiaLearning must be synced with Common App in order for transcripts, counselor school reports and letters of recommendation to be submitted.

To create your MaiaLearning Parent/Guardian Account:

• Access the website directly at www.maialearning.com  and click “Log In”.  

• Under the email and password fields select "Forgot Password". 

• Enter your email address (using the email address receiving this message) 

Select “Send e-mail” to request a new link to set your password.

Once you log in, click on your student's name under My Students to view their information and activities in MaiaLearning  As your student continues to meet with their counselor and/or begins their college application process, you can monitor activities and progress.  

Please note, students can access their MaiaAccount using their D211 Google login.
