What is PaCE?
The Illinois Postsecondary and Career Expectations (PaCE) framework is designed to help students prepare for life beyond high school. It provides a structured pathway to help students explore their passions, make informed decisions, and achieve their career goals. The framework includes grade-specific milestones to ensure students build essential skills and knowledge progressively throughout high school, empowering them to succeed in an ever-evolving workforce.
