Math Team is open to any student interested in competing in local, regional and State mathematics competitions. The Fremd Math Team competes in the North Suburban Math League.  Team members compete with students in their grade level and are coached by teachers on the topics covered by each competition.  Topics are not usually covered in the classrooms and give the members a broad mathematical background.
