In Township High School District 211, we are proud to boast quality programs, exceptional staff, and enriching opportunities for students.
All students residing in High School District 211 may enroll in our tuition Summer School program. Summer school provides opportunities for students to improve academic skills and to explore new interests. It also enables incoming freshmen to become familiar with the high school routine.
Summer School 2024
The Summer School 2024 program will continue to operate under a four-day week (Monday through Thursday) structure for all programs, with a total of 26 days, 13 days each semester.
The class time will be 8:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. for Palatine and Conant High Schools, and 7:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. for Fremd and Hoffman Estates High Schools. Schaumburg High School will be closed this summer due to construction.
Due to construction projects at Schaumburg High School, no classes will be held at this location. Schaumburg's academic courses will be reassigned to Hoffman Estates High School. Schaumburg's academy, special education, and specialty courses will be reassigned to Conant High School.
Registration
Online registration for current D211 students will begin on Monday, April 1st at 7:00 a.m. for Conant, Hoffman Estates, and Schaumburg High Schools, and on Wednesday, April 3rd at 7:00 a.m. for Palatine and Fremd High Schools. Online registration for incoming freshmen will begin April 15th at the school they will attend in the fall. All are encouraged to register early. Walk-in registration is also available.
Summer School Food Services Program

Breakfast and lunch will be available during summer school. Prepayments can be added to a meal account using a credit card at MySchoolBucks.com. Incoming freshman can be added to an account in MySchool Bucks after May 1st. The most current information pertaining to meal service can be found on the District's website here.
If you are interested in applying for a fee waiver or for free or reduced-price meals for summer school, please complete a meal application. If you have already completed an application for school year 2023-2024, you do not need to complete a new application for summer. Meal application information can be found here.
