Meal Application


    The online meal application for the school year 2020-2021, is now available to apply for free or reduced-price meals by visiting or using the link below. Instructions on completing the application are listed below. Only one type of application is necessary to submit per household each school year (online or hardcopy.)

    Additionally, if your household receives a letter or email stating that your child has been automatically approved for meal benefits, you do NOT need to complete a meal application. Please ensure that all of your children are listed on the letter, and notify the food service department immediately if they are not. Please call 847-755-6681 with any questions.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.     Additional food assistance is available through the state of Illinois for students qualifying for free and reduced-price meals. District 211 students who are eligible for free and reduced-price meals this school year 20-21 or in school year 19-20 automatically qualify for Pandemic- Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program benefits.
