SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions)

  • Drunk driving kills nearly 5,000 high school students a year in this country. Conant is not immune.  Several of our own students and graduates have died in alcohol-related crashes. S.A.D.D. is a club run by students to educate their peers about the risks and to create a positive peer pressure: drinking and driving must become socially unacceptable. The club's activities include sponsoring needy families during the holiday season, supporting an alcohol free prom, and promoting sober drinking through speakers and special events.
