The District 211 Transportation department was recognized by the Board of Education as the 2023 ISBE Those Who Excel nominee in the Team category.

Hoffman Estates High School English teacher Dr. Heidi Davey (left), Palatine High School English teacher Brenda Moreno (center), and William Fremd Special Education teacher Patrick Craig were recognized by the Board of Education as the 2023 ISBE Those Who Excel Teacher of the Year nominees.

Schaumburg High School Assistant Principal Russell Cumings (left) was recognized by the Board of Education as the 2023 ISBE Those Who Excel nominee in the School Administrator Category.

Hawks Booster Club president Kate Johnson (center) was recognized by the Board of Education as the 2023 ISBE Those Who Excel nominee in the Community Volunteer category.
