The WYSE Academic Challenge consists of a battery of tests which are created by Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering and offered to high school students throughout the nation. Subjects tested include English, mathematics, chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, graphics, and computer science. The tests are designed to present a challenge to the brightest students. In entering this interscholastic competition, HEHS trains a group of 14 students that compete as a team for regional, sectional, and state honors.
