Hoffman Estates Links Scholarship Scholarship amount: $1,000 initial with $500 for the next three years (one year for Community College category recipients). To be considered for this scholarship, a student must meet the following criteria: 1. High school senior graduating by June 2019; 2. Minimum cumulative grade point average of "C"; 3.
