Several times a year, time is set aside at the start of the day for faculty in-services. On these teacher institute days, classes may start or end at a different time than usual. On late start days, classes begin at 8:50 a.m.. On late start days, students still attend all four blocks, but the length of each block is somewhat abbreviated.

Late Start Day Bus Route Starting Times to Hoffman Estates High School

• District 211 has adjusted bus times on Student Late Start Days. 

• Pick-up times on Late Start Days have been posted in each bus, and bus drivers have been reminding students of the new pick-up times on Late Start Days.

• Students who arrive at the school early need to report to the student cafeteria.
