PREREQUISITE: None This course provides the student with introductory knowledge of three-dimensional design skills and techniques in the lab setting. The qualities of various materials, such as ceramics, plaster, fiber, wood, lost wax, casting, and metal fabrication are investigated and applied in the development of 3D art creations that are usable and wearable. Providing step-by-step demonstrations helps student acquire sound skills. One-onone guidance facilitates artwork design and quality. Students must receive a passing grade in the first semester of this course in order to continue for the second semester.
