Enrollment at Conant High School

  • To enroll your student at Conant High School, please contact the Registrar's office at 847-755-3628 or mgray@d211.org.

Enrollment Steps

  • Online Enrollment: After parent contact, the registrar will provide access to the online enrollment system. Parent/guardian will complete enrollment by providing demographic, contact, and family information as well as uploading the following:

    • Original Birth Certificate: Hospital or baptismal certificate are NOT acceptable.
    • Proof of Residency: One of the following documents listing the parent/guardian and household address: Current property tax bill, electric or gas bill (payment stubs MUST be attached), current signed lease


    If you are living with someone within Conant High School boundaries and cannot provide proof of residency, please call 847-755-3626 to schedule an appointment.

    • Current Physical on approved school form


    Enrollment Meeting: After online enrollment, families will discuss next steps with the registrar and student services team (including but not limited to: placement testing, English language exam, transcript review, schedule creation, etc.). Additional paperwork may be required at that time, depending on enrollment circumstances (please see below).

Requirements when Transferring from Another High School

    • Official Transcript (at least an unofficial transcript is needed initially)
    • State Transfer Form (only Illinois students)
    • Health records INCLUDING most recent physical and record of all immunizations
    • Most recent physical
    • Record of all immunizations
    • Original birth certificate
    • Withdrawal grades if school is in session
    • ACCESS scores if applicable (limited English proficiency students)
    • Recent IEP/504 (if applicable)

Requirements when Transferring from Outside the U.S.A.

    • Unofficial translated transcript including course descriptions
    • Health records INCLUDING most recent physical and record of all immunizations
