CURRENT STUDENTS:
Current students may request an official transcript for colleges, scholarships, and the NCAA Clearinghouse through Parchment.  Please allow 2 working days for your request to be fulfilled.  If you are under the age of 18, parent consent is required through Parchment, and you will be prompted for your parent signature during the initial registration.  You must register for Parchment in order to request your transcript.   Please see the Registrar if you have not received your account registration code.

FORMER STUDENTS:
Graduates from the Class of 2013 and beyond may request official transcripts by creating an account through Parchment.

Graduates from Class of 1970 – 2012 must complete a Transcript Request Form to receive an official transcript.  Please remember to sign the request as Federal law requires your signature to release your transcript.  Also, please provide verification of your identity.  Fax to (847) 755-4904 or mail/drop off at:
