I can only see the first 12 courses or groups for each child. How do I see more?
From your child’s page, go to the home page by clicking on William Fremd High School in the top-left corner of the screen.
There are now two options just below the William Fremd logo: Student Activity; and Enrollments. Choose Enrollments. You will see all courses and groups in one single list.

I don’t see my child’s courses. How do I get access to them?
Schoology and Infinite Campus are synched, which means your account and your child’s account are also linked with each other. You likely are viewing your account; you need to switch to their (your child’s) account.

I never got a Schoology account. How do I create one?
Schoology and Infinite Campus are synched, which means if you entered an email address into Infinite Campus then you also likely have a Schoology account with the same email address.
Here’s the easiest way to find out: go to Schoology’s home page https://app.schoology.com/ and click 'Forgot My Password'. Enter the email address you use for Infinite Campus. If you receive a password reset email, then you can sign in! If not, there are two likely issues: you do not have an email address listed in Infinite Campus, or your email address was used in a different Schoology district (like with the junior high school / District 15). Call Fremd and ask for the Technology Department and we can help you sort out the problem.

I have another child in a different school district that also uses Schoology. How do I access both of my children’s accounts?
You cannot use the same email address to access Schoology in different districts, but you can LINK your accounts so you can easily switch back and forth from one account to the other. How do I access my child's old Schoology courses and re-order my child's courses?
