Registration: 2019-2020 School Year

    School registration occurs each summer. Parents are encouraged to use High School District 211’s online school registration system to register their children for the 2019-2020 school year and pay their annual school fees using a credit card or debit card. Information about online registration was mailed to all parents in June. As an alternate, a parent may choose to complete school registration during the designated in-person registration dates at their child’s school. In-person registration will occur in late July.

    All students must be ENROLLED and REGISTERED before the first day of school attendance.

    Access to the online school registration system will be blocked unless the school nurse has proof that your child is compliant with all required vaccinations. All incoming 12th grade students, the graduating Class of 2020, must show proof of receiving the meningococcal vaccine as required by the State of Illinois. If you have questions regarding when or if your child has received the meningococcal vaccine, please contact your physician or refer to your child’s immunization record in Infinite Campus. High School District 211 has a first-day exclusion policy and incomplete vaccination records will keep your child from beginning school on the first day of classes.     Between July 1 - August 4, 2019, school registration can be accomplished online using your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. Log on, select "More" on the left-hand side, and complete these four steps:

    1. Review and update Address Information. If you have a new home address, you must contact the Student Services Office at Fremd High School to update your child's residency.
    2. Review and update Family Information.
    3. For each child, review and update Demographics. If you have more than one child enrolled at Fremd High School, you will need to select each child one at a time.
    4. Select the Registration link on the right side of the More screen. The system will guide you through the registration process, including payment of fees using a credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover).


    The online registration system is accessed through the parent’s Infinite Campus account.  For parents not currently using Infinite Campus, an individualized account can be established by contacting your high school’s technology department.

    You must attend In-Person Registration if you:

    • Qualify for the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program
    • Want to pay fees by cash or check
    • Do not have Internet access
    • Prefer to register in-person

    Wednesday, July 24
    7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

    Thursday, July 25
    7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

    Friday, July 26
    7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.


    Access to the online school registration system is not available to parents who have not satisfied enrollment requirements or other requirements.

    • All freshmen and transfer students must provide an original birth certificate, proof of residency, a current physical examination form with documentation of up-to-date immunizations, and a completed dental examination form.
    • All seniors must provide proof of an up-to-date meningococcal vaccination.
