    Hey Juniors & Seniors! Get ready for a night of elegance and enchantment. This year’s prom theme is “A Night in Paris,” promising a dazzling evening of dinner, dancing and plenty of memories to be made. Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 10th at the Westin Itasca, as we celebrate an unforgettable evening!

    Dinner Menu:

    Pasta Station: Mostacolli & Cheese, Tortellini, Alfredo & Marinara Sauces. Side: Breadsticks
    Taco Station: Seasoned Ground Beef & Shredded Chicken with a variety of toppings. Side: Chips, Guac, and Salsa.
    Slider Station: Cheeseburger & Chicken Sliders with a variety of toppings. Side: French Fries
    Dessert Station: Variety of Cookies & Dessert Bars.

  • How do I purchase tickets and how many tickets can I purchase?

    Tickets will be available through MySchoolBucks. You can only purchase one ticket in MSB. If you want to purchase a ticket for a "date", you must purchase another ticket in their name through MSB.

  • Can I bring a guest that is not a FHS student?

    Yes - tickets will be available in MSB as "Prom Guest Ticket" - ONLY FOR NON-FREMD STUDENTS. All guests must be at least a Freshman in HS and no older than 20 years of age.

  • What if i miss the deadline - can I still buy a ticket?

    NO - MSB will close at the end of the day on April 21st (11:59 pm)

  • After I buy my ticket, where will I receive it?

    You will not receive a physical ticket for Prom. Your name will be put on a list of registered Prom attendees. You and yuor guest will need to show a photo ID (Fremd ID, State ID, Driver's License & I.C. - all acceptable) at check-in to verify you have purchased a ticket.

  • Can I get a refund OR sell my ticket to someone else if I decide not to go?

    NO, ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Any student who is not on the list of registered Prom attendees will not be admitted to Prom, the list is generated from MySchoolBucks.

  • How do we get a table with our friends?

    • You will need to designate one person for your group to be the POINT PERSON. That POINT PERSON will be responsible for signing up your group to sit together at a table. That person will fill out the Google Form that will be posted on Schoology FREMD EVENTS page and in the Jr. Class Instagram.
    • Groups can be 1 - 12 people (12 is the MAX allowed in a group)
    • If you do not have a full 12 people in your group, note that others will be seated with you at your table.
    • Your point person for your group will need to have everyone's ID number (if a guest, NOT a Fremd student - you will put "guest").
    • ONLY ONE PERSON should sign up for a group.

  • Can we select another table to sit next to?

    NO - we can not guarantee that tables will be next to each other due to the layout of tables at the Westin.

  • What if we do not have 12 people in our group?

    Groups can be up to 12 people (12 is the MAX allowed in a group). If you do not have a full 12 people in your group, note that others will be seated with you at your table. We will do our best to piece together smaller groups to complete tables of 12. 

    **IMPORTANT** - Even if you are going solo or with a friend/date as a pair, you MUST fill out the Table Form to ensure your seats at the tables.

  • How will I find out what table I am assigned to?

    The POINT PERSON will receive an email with the table number and a list will be posted with the POINT PERSON'S name and table number in Schoology the week of Prom. A list will be available at the Westin, as well.

  • What if I want to leave Prom early?

    You may leave Prom at any time you would like. Your parent/guardian may be notified if you are leaving early. YOU MAY NOT RETURN TO PROM ONCE YOU LEAVE THE VENUE.

  • What if I leave something in my car?

    You may not go to the car once you check-in to Prom. IF YOU LEAVE THE VENUE, YOU MAY NOT RE-ENTER.
