The scheduled dates for Freshman iPad pick-up have passed. However, in order to meet the needs of those incoming freshman students who are registered for Summer School and/or enrolled in the Fall 2020 semester, pickup dates have been added.
Freshman students can pick up their school-issued iPads on Tuesdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. On these days, staff members will be available to distribute devices using a contactless drive-up distribution system. We recommend you contact the Hoffman Estates High School Help Desk prior to your arrival at HEHSHelpDesk@d211.org or by calling 847-755-5761.
Once you arrive at the school, you can call the HEHS Help Desk at 847-755-5761 for curbside delivery of your iPad. Delivery will be made in front of the main entrance (door #1) of the school. We ask that you please stay in your vehicle while we bring the iPad to you.
