Suicide Prevention

 

If you, or someone you know, are thinking about suicide, tell a staff member, or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK (8255). This number can be dialed toll-free from anywhere in the United States, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Remember, if you are concerned about a family member or a friend, and you think they may be considering suicide, take ACTion:

A – Ask them “Are you thinking of killing yourself?”

C – Care for them by listening with compassion and voicing your concern.

T – Take action by getting professional help.
