Our team transports nearly 9,000 students daily, with a priority on safety and security. Our professional staff — including drivers, technicians and office personnel — work diligently to meet and exceed state and federal safety standards. Our students are taken to and from school and bused to academic events, activities and athletics that provide enhanced opportunities for enhanced learning and a sense of belonging. 

As the operator of one of Illinois' largest school-owned bus fleets, District 211 has earned state and national recognition for its transportation services. The District operates approximately 200 buses and vans, including 80 propane buses that have been featured in national news outlets for their reliability, student satisfaction and reduced emissions.
