Dear Prospective D211 Facility Renter:
Township High School District 211 is pleased to make its facilities available to community organizations and other eligible groups. To provide a more efficient and user-friendly application and approval process, the District is transitioning to Bound, an online facility reservation system.
Through Bound, prospective renters will be able to review facility availability, submit reservation requests, provide required documentation, and monitor the status of their applications. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval, all requests remain subject to District policies, availability, staffing requirements, and applicable fees.
All parties requesting use of D211 facilities must complete the renter application process. As of September 15, 2026, all prospective renters must set up an account prior to submitting requests for use. This includes all current and past D211 renters. Please note, in addition to the basic rental fees, custodial fees associated with the set-up, support, and clean up of all rentals will be included in final invoicing.
