    Career exploration is an important part of the high school experience, whether students are pursuing entrance into a career or selecting a college major. Firsthand contact with successful industry leaders is an ideal way for students to begin to understand and be inspired by a career. The D211 Career Expo offers the opportunity for students to learn to empower themselves through brief, professional conversations while obtaining valuable information on education preparation, training and personal qualities needed for a variety of careers.

    • Begin building your professional network and planning your future. 

    Student Registration  -  Students must bring their D211 ID to enter the event.

    We encourage students to register prior to the event.

    Parking is limited at Conant High School.  We encourage attendees to take a shuttle bus from their home school. Buses will depart from the main bus entrance of the home high school at 4:00 p.m. and return at approximately 6:45 p.m.  You must register for the event to take the shuttle.

    Business Information

    Career exploration is an important part of the high school experience as students work toward developing their post-secondary plans, whether that be entrance directly into a career or selecting a college major.  We are asking for your help to inspire and educate our high school students by speaking with them about your career experiences.  

    • Share your career knowledge with D211 high school students
    • Answer questions about educational and training requirements
    • Discuss possible job shadowing, internships, apprenticeships, and/or employment opportunities.

    There is no fee to attend this event - tables are limited
