Students must be enrolled at Hoffman Estates High School in order to take part in incoming freshman activities including course selection. The enrollment process requires parents/guardians to submit the following documents to Fremd High School by October 20, 2018.
- Student Enrollment Form (This form must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian.)
- Original birth certificate (The original document will be copied and returned.)
- Proof of residency in the form of a current utility bill (ComEd or Nicor only), or a current lease naming the parent or guardian as a party to the lease, or a current propery tax bill in the parent's or legal guardian's name.
Enrollment should not be confused with registration. Enrollment is a one-time proscess occurring when a student prepares to enter Fremd High School for the first time. Registration occurs annually each summer and includes the payment of required school fees.
