Most of us have an interest that we would like to learn more about or to try for the first time. However, most of us lead very busy lives that can prevent us from looking into the possibility of considering a new opportunity.
Life’s experiences enrich and broaden our lives. Consider making the upcoming semester the time that you pursue the next rewarding experience in your life. Before deciding whether you are too busy to try a new interest or learn something new, I encourage you to take a look at the range of activities that are available through the District 211 Continuing Education program during the upcoming semester.
One of the hallmarks of Township High School District 211 is the extraordinary opportunities that we provide. Once again, we are pleased and proud to extend a wide array of learning opportunities to all members of the District 211 community.
During the upcoming semester of our Continuing Education Program, we will continue to offer our most popular courses, some of which include Financial Planning, Woodworking and Jewelry Making. And for the first time, we will offer new courses such as Financing Freedom, Home Inspection, and How to Read a Blueprint. I encourage you to take a moment to look through this catalog and see if you might find an experience that appeals to you.
If you have a particular skill or knowledge that you could share with others, we are always looking to offer new topics in our continuing education program. If you would like to take a course or teach one, please contact the Continuing Education Office at (847) 755-6820. Let this be your time to try something new!
